Once inside the Park, just follow the trails for experts and beginners. You can begin by discovering some of the typical villages packed with history, walk through Spello with its flower-filled balconies and Roman aqueduct, go to Valtopina and Armenzano to see their mediaeval castles or go bird watching and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the mortari.
